This is a urine test designed to determine the presence or absence of 10 classes of drugs and/or their metabolites. This test is a screening tool.  Positive results should not be interpreted as definitive evidence of substance - results should be considered presumptive and additional laboratory testing should be required for confirmation for some uses (law enforcement).

  • No. You do not need a doctor’s order to get lab test at ADX Diagnostic Lab

  • Two hours after specimen collection. If the drug screen is non-negative, additional testing may be needed which may takes an additional 2-3 days.

  • No. You can book or walk in for same day testing.

  • It is recommended to share your test results with your doctors

  • Samples that are presumptively positive on a drug screening test may be sent to a specialized toxicology laboratory for confirmation. Additional charge for each individual drug presumptively positive will apply. Contact us for additional information
